The LTR rents are pathetic compared to current values, but maybe if STRs get banned the prices would fall.  

STRs are getting banned in a lot of HOA communities and building ADUs is a hit or miss depending on where. 

Regarding the indoor cameras, airb&b has banned them since March 2024 even if they are in the common area. 

My gut says it is only a matter of time where they severally restrict or ban them outright.

In fact, a lot of condos hate and ban short-term rentals.If you're needing management then you will have to hire a property manager. 

In days past BP would have banned you rapidly for the not-so-veiled self-promotions.
