Personally I scan the local MLS each night in my target neighborhoods to be familiar with any new properties that may come on the market that I might be interested in.

Over the years I picked business degrees, real estate license, tax preparation training, loan officer licensing and training, investment / CFP training and it is all tied together in one big connected body of knowledge that emphasizes appreciation, debt pay down, cash flow, and tax write-offs...  

I listen to every podcast and scan deals on Zillow/realtor etc and run numbers on potential deals a few times a week.

Most just scan it into the computer and send it as an attachment to an email.

I can't tell from your initial statement if you're talking about one property or two. 2/1's can be good for travel nurses, especially for those who want their own space.

I understand why they are used, but personally I would rather leave a voicemail and have a warm body call me back than deal with another automated system.Think of it this way: if someone is so urgently looking to sell a property that they can't wait for a call back in 1 business day, do you think they are going to sit through some automated system?
