This is basic case where bad sponsor doing high risk investment in bad times …I was one of the small investor for very large SF rental fund out of Florida but got litigated by SEC three years ago and handled by receivership court now.three years later we got at least out 80 percent money back LOLBtw , every new kid can make money in 2016, but if they can survive 2022 that’s your guy :)So don’t afraid to make lawsuit against these company …

You will get plenty of that at your office sales meetings, office training, CE training, board and association training.   

I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.

We have adult kids.

We found that by more or less falling on our sword and saying, "Hey, we want you guys happy... tell us what you need from us" they were more than helpful and once we had contractors they liked on board the process went perfectly smoothly.I don't live near you so can't help with your locale... but hopefully some of it helps!

Does this matter if you're not optimizing for building a ton of wealth to pass onto kids? 

I don't know if I will do the a/c and heat but might do dishwasher and w/d soon.My dad bought the building in the 70's when I was a kid.
