I manage an ice cream manufacturing plant by day and learning to be a real estate investor by night.

I set up a stand on the side of the road and sell bananas and hot sauce for $2 each, you may drive by and wonder why I'm doing that.

I would say if you’re simply not interested in Indy (I mean at least worth the Wick’s sugar cream pie ha) you should venture into the Midwest more and look for other ‘like Indy’, historically flat markets.

In my free-time, you can find me at the gym, going on walks, trying to find the best ice cream in the DC metro area.I've found many entrepreneurs are a bit hard to find as they tend to be solo-preneurs, but I'm very interested in meeting other young professionals with similar goals to bring one another up.

Now if they could just get some booze in the bars without having to order a banana! 

A-type houses should be the cream of the crop tenant wise, don't take anything less.
