Make sure you're buying in a market with a robust, growing working class as they are the backbone of a solid market!

Our market is growing exponentially and there is such a strong backbone to our rental market between OSU's campus and 2 out of 3 of the biggest hospitals in OH.

End of day the owner needs a back-bone.
