You can use petscreening.com to handle this task for you and ensure you are compliant, but I still recommend you really understand the law so you can answer questions or assist with requests. 

I love Notion for my marketing and media tasks!  

To keep everything organized, I swear by Asana for task management; it keeps me on track.

Once you gain that experience, it may become more efficient to delegate the task rather than managing it on your own.
