:Am about to bid on a project larger than my capacity, If I'm interpreting this correctly it sounds like this project is a bit of a stretch for your current bandwidth, if not beyond the ability of your current organization.As an owner, and with my experience with GC's, if a project is larger than what they can handle I would hope there would be a professional courtesy to simply bow out and say you're not able to fulfill the requirements of the project and give it to another group who can do the job to the specs within the budget and allotted time. 

Friends tell me I schedule far too much activity into an allotted time frame.

The plan was to buy an allotment of homes for long term.

The rent for the house in CA is currently $2300/mo plus I allotted 8% for management and 12% for repairs and vacancy.  

@Yousef Reda - you need to ensure you allot some $ for capex.....it doesn't matter what it does to the cash flow!  

It was very complete, and prepped me to easily pass the exam on my first try in 45 minutes (vs. 4 hours allotted).Customer support was good, and the material all seemed current.  

Or reduce the amt alloted for each subsequent unit,as your total cash reserve grows?

Starting with little money and allot of motivation.
