I generally have a lease and a set of "house rules" to deal with parties, drugs, alcohol, etc.I guess in the end, treat them no differently than any other tenants.

I also suggested to HOA "no littering signs" & to put fines for no littering in the newletter.Also, there's one unit that consistently throws their empty alcohol bottles on the grass (last weekend was brandy; week before a smashed bottle of tequila).Is there any other suggestions you may have?

I went to Home Depot and got DE and put it along the baseboards in the room and in the carpet but this was after I sprayed everything with alcohol (dried them out).

And probably destroy all credibility I have but what the hay Ive nothing to hide anymore: 2 years ago: A very sick marriage and divorce to a cruel woman who admitted to trying to drive me to suicide AND even tried overdosing me in my food with MY meds so it looked as such, for my 3mil life insurance which suicide was exempted by then, after that Mental illness like post trauam stress and high risk depression, then an addiction to alcohol, painkillers and cocaine at $2000 a week to cope with feeling like I was no longer myself, just a person in hell on earth.

You can serve a 30-day notice to move if the tenant has violated the lease; late or non-payment of rent, disturbance of neighbors, damages made by tenant or guests to the unit, criminal or drug/ alcohol activity, other violations listed on the lease.I, myself, haven't gone through this process, but I suggest you go through your documents and check with someone from SHRA.

Managing an Airbnb and go to the basement of my multifamily to wash some towels. saw like 30 alcohol cans, pills, powerball tickets everywhere and one of my tenants mattresses on the ground.
