I just joined three months ago and have been addicted ever since.

The industry is full of people that never even graduated HS.....are convicted felons....... file bankruptcy every couple of years.....have been divorced 4 times....... addiction issues......in other words flakey people that have no organization, structure, direction or drive in their lives.Now that's not to say that they are ALL like that....there are some fantastic people out there....very smart, organized, professional and amazing at what they do......I've met some great people...... but unfortunately they are rare rather than common

I'm addicted already. 

I've been listening to Hillary/Obama debates, and to be perfectly honest, no matter what people say, (the obamakins or the hillary addicts) they're straight up just politicians with no idea what to do.

I have contact with convicted felons; drug dealers; and drug addicts on a daily basis and have not had a serious incident yet.However, yesterday, I did get into an uncomfortable situation.

You never know when some hopped up meth addict will be walking down the street and decide that he needs your money.I carry a Baretta 3032 (32 cal) Tomcat with frangible rounds for added safety in apartment buildings and other close quarters.

She moved into the house about 2 years ago with her crack-addicted husband and her many dogs - 2 pitbulls, a rotweiller, and a newfoundland, who tore the place apart, literally - plus she has cats who also helped stink it up with pee everywhere.

I still feel seminars, like buying Real Estate, can become addictive.
