That is if purchasing EXISTING performing investment real estate AND have very good clarity of every facet of the transaction ESPECIALLY reasoning for seller selling, AND you have decent market intelligence.

Seems so much harder to actually execute.

There are several reasons why it makes sense to market to sellers instead of buyers.

Also very good for many of the same reasons, but not as comprehensive. 

I love being on the other side charging everything possible on a credit card but there’s no reason to accept them.

My managment company has made more than a reasonable amount of attempts to get the HOA to have this repaired.
