But i was able to achieve the elusive infinite return on a majority of my RE and all of my investment RE that I purchased prior to 2020.Infinite return has the benefit that the finances are not the hindrance to scale.  

It's impressive to see the success and the significant returns you've achieved through these deals.

however, from what I can see, I would not think keeping this property based on the return achieved justifies the work/risk of OOS residential rentals.
