If you have a business bank account ask your bank about ACH ability.  

Hi, if I wanted rent payments ACH deposited like clockwork from tenants every month, what would I need ?  

Most of my tenants use apartments.com which secure ACH transfers though.

.- No good rent payment ACH status across the portfolio Today vs what we had.   

.- Install vanity and mirror (no medicine cabinet) in new extended part of bathroom.- Install GFCI outlet near vanity.- Remove old / unused piping as necessary.- Re-glaze tub.- Install tile as a surround around bathtub.- Install new tub faucet, drain, shower.- Do not install toilet paper holder.

I concentrate mostly on site selection and data analytics for retail medicine. 

HOW LONG FROM THE DATE YOU GOT NOTICE OF THE PAYMENT BEING SENT VIA ACH DID YOU ACTUALLY GET THE PAYMENT?

I like Kevin's Idea, I would like into Relay for this. you can have around 20 Checking accounts and 2 Savings accounts, they allow you to pay with checks that they said and ACH Payments, both free, and it connects to QBO with ease.They also allow you to have multiple EINs(LLCs) under one log in. you might have to make transfer, but having a Bookkeeper who is on board with your structure would allow you to not have to focus on that part as much.This sounds like an idea I may use for future clients I would have.Good Question!

If you're aching to squeeze out a few more dollars, you could look at furnishing it and renting as a medium term rental, but to me, you're on the right path.
