Even though I work quite a bit, I still find time for yoga in my backyard, snowboarding 1 hour away from my home, I'm 15 minutes from 3 beautiful rivers and 1.5 hours from the Oregon coast.

IE , sauna, steam room, yoga classes, etc.

Here's the gist:0) House is professionally cleaned and painted prior to tenant move in.1) Tenant moves in April 1, 20232) 2 weeks later, tenant complains that the front porch needs to be powerwashed, deck needs to be refinished because he might get splinters when is barefoot doing yoga, ants in the kitchen after he left pizza out the first night.

If you love yoga, you will probably be able to do that forever. 

I have seen some very good ones including an event with free food, fitness classes (YOGA as had a bigger attendance than I would have expected), cooking workshops, and arts and crafts. 

Event center to book out for larger events, Yoga retreats, small weddings, etc. 

The arts and yoga community has really done so much in a couple short years. 

I physically went to L&I a few times in the beginning of this year (gross place....i had to practice some deep yoga breathing techniques not to lose my cool with the people who work there) to clear up some issues which had delayed the permit application.
