To answer your question (that wasn’t actually aimed at me) my concerns are investing in an area that I’m completely new to and building an out of state team that will be effective. 

@Jay Hinrichs, I think @Tyler Jahnke is learning on the fly and thanks to you and others he is more informed and has a good deal of information to make an informed decision. 

There are sites out there like passive pockets as well as this site where you can find out a lot from people who have invested with that fund.
