I've been watching the housing market for awhile with an eye to purchase a primary residence, but it seems like we're starting to trend into a buyers market... lots of inventory stacking and price reductions abounding... any thoughts or suggestions?

And their are alot of abounded apt that are just sitting ready to be remodel and used can someone help me get started..or point me in the right direction.

The market is a strong market for renters however the downtown area where the property is has a lot of abound ones buildings similar to the one for sale. 

While hucksters abound, I think the practice has more to do with impact and significance.

So 2012 might be dry, but opportunity will abound again.
