Vaping is becoming pretty popular. :-)

Without further ado, here are our house rules:- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) allowed anywhere on the property.

I am watching the vapes podcasts such as bigger pockets wholesaling seeies and I am having trouble figuring out how to source deals.

Insist on having them use a cannabis vape instead of smoking. 

I added a clause about Vaping to the Addendum.
