My two bedroom is currently being rented out for 1900 and the training is coming in the spring.  

I don't see a lot of deals in Maine but closed a refinance of a BRRRR property in Mars Hill, ME earlier this spring.

This includes, water, hot water, heat, air conditioning, cable, security system, snow removal, lawn care.

It’s on MN (out of state to me.) and I had to get a pair of garage door springs replaced.

I would also strongly recommend mounting outdoor Air Condensers higher up.

How do you replace the air filters?

Baseboards, couch cushions, above fridge, in cabinets, grout/caulk lines, rug maintenance, air filters, windows inside and out, dust the top corners of windows, corners of high places etc etc.  

I have plenty of time at the moment since I finished a project in my 9-5 and am unemployed till I start another project in spring.

We are currently in the process of Renovating this home built in 1965 and plan to have completely transformed it by spring 2025.
