As a beginner it's difficult to identify the difference between a spam and a legit investment strategy.

I can't imagine this would be a giant can of spam in any way.

If they gave you the runaround and then we’re honest with you that’s a different story but they gambled by being honest with you knowing they might not be able to move in Because they have changed in their hearts and are no longer willing to deceive anyone.

I don't know that I would gamble and say you could sell it if it doesn't work out, you could be holding it for some time.

I have also been to Landlord.com and used to like their forums, but now about 85% of the posts are spam.

Which is not true and riskier to only gamble on appreciation I think.

But is WORTH it if you can do the correct things and really learn how this works.Not sure if this is a spam since this user has 0 posts, but 6 replies just about Flipsystem.
