Chances are the dog(s) would've been taken away and quarantined for a while after the bite occurred until a judge determined whether or not she should be allowed to have them back.

Attractive deals in the small multifamily space seem pretty tough to come by in this market as you've probably seen if you've been a deal analysis junkie like me during quarantine.

From your heading, I assumed one tested positive and was under 2 week quarantine, guessing this is not the case and it is simply the stay at home order.

So basically I cannot go to Delaware without being required to quarantine for 14 days.

A lot of people believe the suburbs will be more in demand after the quarantine.
