I can tell you countless stories of owners that literally handicapped me from making them much more money because they were more concerned with saving dimes while it cost dollars in the long run.

In one case the person was counting on using the income to take care of a handicapped child and their financial needs.

You’re also not required to have a handicap accessible single family home. 

Have it handicap-enabled and do a Senior Living (2nd floor may be unusable)7.

Also I have had a 34 year old man living with his mother because of a handicap.

There is a direct loan program for very low income and housing for the elderly and handicapped. 

I understand Service Animals but they have made getting get an ESA Cert easier than getting a handicap parking pass, anyone can get it.

@Mathew Schroeder  Sawatdii kaa & Kap khun kaa- yes, I agree and would love to invest closer to my US Broomfield, CO, home base, however, living in The Kingdom here I feel rather handicapped at my ability to locate deals.   

A good example would be if a handicapped tenant were to want a ramp installed at one of my properties, I'm legally obligated to allow them to do this.

It's actually two handicapped persons, both in wheelchairs, very sweet ladies.
