There has been a demographic shift from the baby boomer generation to the millennial, and it reflects in the slower growth and smaller labor participation.Funny he used the unemployment rate chart and showed how we tend to make a U turn every time we get to peak employment.

On a price per Sq Ft basis these homes will "appear" expensive as they are certain costs that all homes pay, IE impact fees, ETC ETCI think this product (if marketed right) would benefit the lower end of the blue collar retiree spectrum, as they are essentially the size of a smaller mobile home.I also think millennials would love this product.

More millennials are moving to SA than just about any city in the U.S. and the I-35 corridor between SA and Austin is just flat out screaming growth.
