We shook hands and agreed, to find out a few days later from my realtor, he doesn't want the terms we agreed on, and now wants a new Month to Month lease.

Ultimately you don't have to like his method, and frankly, sometimes I find it maddening.

Although doing anything in Portlandia for us little guys is maddening the amount of time and BS you have to go through.. and total lack of who is on first down there at city hall..
