According to FAR, the state added 28,507 new real estate licensees in 2015, a 142% increase from the low point in 2010 but below the 42,126-licensee high point of 2005 when we didn't have a real estate market, we had a speculators market.

Unless you have a mentor or background granting a lot of knowledge in these areas I wouldn't recommend them for a new licensee, but a client will probably ask about them at some point.

Here's the link for the licensed schools in MA for Pre Licensing. http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/licensee/dpl-boards/re/c...I don't see any prelicensing courses coming up soon at NorthCentral Realtor  Board in Fitchburg or The NorthEast Board in Westford BUT CMAR in Auburn has prelicensing classes starting 2/20 if ya wanna trek down to Central MA!

@Kevin Manz the terms for licensees is different for each state, so for example in Kentucky you must first be a licensed agent (sales associate), then you can become a broker with time and an exam.

I guess that means he can only deal with other licensees....the broker is protecting the public LOL.Anyway, the OP has recourse against the complaining agent, through the local Board as well as in court, and, I don't see enough details, like a copy of the letter or as to the cause of any complaint to comment.
