Knock out 4 or 5 deals and then ramp up the biz!

At this point, we have a babysitter come over on Saturdays to watch the kids so that we can have an extra 3 hours to knock out 3 or 4 of the courses each weekend along with the hour or two each night that we are already spending. 

I am from Fort Worth (now live in Houston) and I had your blog book marked, every time I got one thing accomplished I was referring back to your post to determine what I should knock out next.

Having so much drive time during patrol, you could knock out a bunch of them.

In this case it's a headwind to appreciation, not a knock-out blow.

Using that method, I was able to knock out everything in 2 months or so.

I had already made a cheat sheet on judicial vs non-judicial states and redemption time lines and cost of foreclosure but beyond that and the price of the note, I really did not know what loans to knock out off the bat. 

I'd much rather knock out the needed stuff immediately and know the property is in good shape.
