Why do you think some students want to go to Harvard vs a State school?

That is certainly cutting off your odds of finding something.I also chuckle when Dave Ramsey asks, "Do you know how much more we pay someone from Harvard?

The reason I thought that is, at a local REIA meeting, we had one of those Legal Zoom type guys, who helps with entity creation in all 50 states, is a graduate of Harvard law, etc., etc.

Its being launched by a good friend of mine, who is Harvard grad and a successful serial entrepreneur.

They are far more advanced than the average flipperI think it's sort of like having a degree from Harvard: While the education will help, the connections you make will have a far bigger impact over the long run.So I say, yes, go for it, as long as you are young enough for the benefits to come to fruition

And when you guys surpass Harvard you're pretty much qualified to start your own Real Estate College.

I went to gradschool at Harvard and failed this exam twice before passing Grrrrr.
