I have Apartments, Mini Storage, Hotel, Sr.

I plan on building self storage on the property,  and have enough money in a CD to build the first one.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

The investors all are going to turn it into something else - low income housing , student dorms, self storage, transient housing, drug treatment, etc.

Does it cover that issue of outside storage?

In my state if the tenant requests I would have to hold the items up to 30 days but then storage fees could kick in.

If he comes back you charge him for the expert and the storage.
