I would have already been filing for a false arrest civil suit.

The girlfriend was arrested and charged with felony possession of a firearm and it came out of the woodwork that she had killed her previous boyfriend in 2010 and been convicted of 2nd degree domestic assault in 2014... 

Today, I find out the eviction lawyer discovered the tenant was arrested for a DUI on 1/19 and believes they may still be in jail.

It was very challenging to coordinate the deal between the owner, his son (who was on house arrest in a halfway house in another city) and granddaughter and convince them we were there to help them get what they wanted and do it efficiently.

There will be ups and downs (like the AirBnB property in Costa Rica where that woman was murdered and they arrested the security guard) but by and large I think it is here to stay.

And he does it again he gets turned in again.. and he gets criminal complaint was arrested on a Friday spent the entire weekend in the HInds county jail not pretty..
