While there will probably be a quick bump if there is a drop in interest rates - small businesses are tightening their belts, bank liquidity is tightening as well.

You will have bumps in the road, but over time, you'll see plenty of returns.

Heck I would turn my house into a 30 day rental and rehab a new place if I can make this work.Anyhow seeing if this bump is the way to get info or if I should just start my own post.

Then I bumped rents up $50 between each tenant until I felt like I hit the ceiling. 

If the deal is very fat due to our deal finding ability...we will bump up our fees.
