I ran my own business for 15 years right out of college that had huge benefits for being an entrepreneur but didn’t create any real transferable job skills.

However, I take full responsibility for my actions and I'm sharing this with the community in a spirit of an alert of those people that want to hurt our small businesses.I'm NOT posting this in a form of retaliation, but more to protect those entrepreneurs who would be looking for funding.

There are plenty of other ways to operate "Turnkey", but as an old school entrepreneur, I stand by my definition of what it means to be a true Turnkey company.  

Our first visit to Riviera Maya and are considering a purchase there, and I'm in the due-diligence phase of evaluating our options.As a quick example,I have a friend who is a very successful entrepreneur in the tech field, mostly in the booming(and soon to be overwhelming) field of Artificial Intelligence.

My big why is to become a serial entrepreneur to enjoy learning the ins and outs of many different kinds of businesses.

To make it in the mortgage business you have to be an entrepreneur at heart.

He is definitely "the real deal" in terms of he is a very successful entrepreneur with a big net worth and several streams of income (one of them being these future flipper course sales).Here's my 2 cents.
