At the national level, it's the best of the worst in that industry - a lot left to be desired in the customer service department but still better than doing it on your own.

You will still earn on them. 

I suspect a very large percentage of them will desire to stay coastal. 

Here's another one:  Went to a Tax Sale where there was a "vacant" lot for sale of about 1 acre in a desirable suburban area. 

If not, is there a master plan in which the municipality has indicated a desire to have your property zoned as you'd like to see it?

Focus on what matters, not on things that have nothing to do with what drives the desired  results.

Otherwise, broker classes that lead to a real license are cheap.If you want to become a real broker, earn a real license.
