And the owner is very responsive to questions or issues (emailed him at night and received a reply within a few hours).  

They just started sending me promotional emails again since a month or so back and their prices look decent.

You could also try looking up money judgements filed against local businesses at the magistrate level and target them with direct mail or driving for dollars.
