do you have an offer from a builder currently and by builder do you mean your house is a tear down and rebuild.. or just a rehabber who is looking to rehab the home and flip it ?

Vacant land, or an existing house you tore down, and built a new house on the cleared land? 

Two identical homes located next to each other would come up with the same value, even though House #1 was just renovated to a very high standard and House #2 hadn't ever been renovated since it was built in 1949.I always tried for an identical (or nearly so) beds, baths, sq ft of living area, garage and acres.

Just because a house is listed for $4,500 doesn't mean it rents for that price, or that it rents quickly.
