It takes all the emotion out of it if the rules are the rules, like it or not.I would also get a 2nd non refundable pet fee, as well as charge rent for the dogs.

You normally charge rent for the real beds in the real bedrooms, and there is an extra bed or two in every house that you don't charge for if the real beds are all paying money.
