The tenants have a lot of time where us investors (the job creators and economy boosters) are so busy working our tails off. 

I have a lender that would like me to join Rate Plug as well as Listing Booster to help co-brand.I am concerned with both as I have never used them in the past and I want to make sure my leads are not going to someone else etc.

I've had my share of scary applicants (as I am sure anybody has renting in C class) but that is what screening and qualification criteria are for.As anybody who has read this far can tell I am a bit of a booster for SP.   

I think the people who do well who buy these courses never needed them to start, but they end up being a motivation booster to help them act.Years ago I was talking to one of the largest investors in the city and he told me that he goes to one of these guru seminars a few times a year.

It was great to see your thought process and also see that my spreadsheet was accurate :)When analyzing properties on my own I tend to second guess myself as to whether properties are as good as my analysis makes them out to be, and this video was a real confidence booster!

We do have cell phone signal and my husband bought a cell booster to help ensure people have good signal from their phones.

@Laura Guy The big issue I see is that for those Tenants that KNOW they will qualify for ERAP, they don't really have a choice but to stop paying rent, even if they have savings OR if they have enough money through UE and the Booster (which ended).Imagine you are a Renter and you had enough savings to pay your rent for the year.
