im exploring using IDME is a (Social Media reputation system )or a Blockchain reputation system for landlords instead of FICA scores since a positive Rental payment is all we care about the FICA is mostly used for Banks and does not indicate if someone would be a good tenant.

Plus, they announced they have the ability to backtrack the bitcoin blockchain and trace the money.

The market is sky high most everywhere & deals are like finding a needle in haystack without experience.I would consider looking at Blockchain & crypto with your internet background.

However, in crypto you could assume that a blockchain that supports Web3, DeFi, and is an industry disruptor would be a viable investment for a small allocation of your portfolio.

I do, however, make sure to close at a title company so I make sure I'm getting a free and clear property.Though honestly in the future with block chain type tech there is no reason I couldn't just transfer "funds" via blockchain and receive title the same way.

I am pretty vested in Web3, mainly bringing blockchain to manufacturing, there is a huge opportunity in data collection, COA, and analysis in Web3.  

Not sure in what way, but Blockchain technology will find an avenue into real estate.

Similar to cryptocurrency and NFTs, everything is secured on blockchain.

As another poster mentioned, it’s just another floating currency.Maybe I should advertise a business using blockchain bitcoin machine learning with AI based on crypto currency.
