If the latter, how does that look on a day to day in terms of operating, marketing, and the ownership structure?

I may not want to go some days,  but no way I'm gonna waste $60 or whatever a month and not use it! 

Great day to all,I've just been soaking up all the online youtube videos from Bigger pockets one after the other and I've made the determination to scale my business massively using the multifamily addition into our (wife and I) portfolio. 

I provided them a day to be there (any time that day before 4 PM). 

We were in Croatia for 8 days when we had the offer in and did not go to Croatia planning to buy an apartment.

With a bit of planning and good operations, one can easily manage 20 to 30 properties without an assistant, with less than a day or two a month.There's lots of automated ways to check on rent, make deposits (my tenants deposit directly into a bank account), receive maintenance requests, have maintenance done, etc., etc.One thing I could argue is to have your tenants ONLY email you, especially for maintenance requests, and that email goes directly to the vendor that you have set up to handle it.

Maybe you can find someone local that would work 4-5 hours one day a week?

Fast forward to the beginning of 2024- we started using Furnished finder and renting out nearly half the house on 30-90 day increments and were fully licensed as a short term rental.
