I do not understand most of the alphabet soup of terms that I see you guys use when talking on BP, so, I Google Search for them and read about their meanings, which does not do anything for me to make money with RE.

Parts of this may be out of date, as ordinances change fairly often in my experience:* No rent control: Montclair, Secaucus, Kearny, Garfield, Carlstadt, Wood-Ridge* No rent control for investment properties upto 4-units inclusive: Jersey City, Bayonne, Bloomfield (upto 5 units)* Vacancy decontrol (very high level, alphabetic): Bayonne, Belleville, Cliffside Park, Clifton, East Rutherford, Edgewater, Elmwood Park, Fairview, Hackensack, Hoboken, Leonia, Lyndhurst, North Arlington, Nutley, Passaic, Ridgefield ParkP.S.

Click on "E" for Exeter, and then find "Exeter" alphabetically.

l think the first thing that will happen is a company like Google (Alphabet) will decide to take over the MLS market.  

They looked like they got pushed out of alphabet city and they were not long time neighborhood types.

Try zip code, also just go to Google and start typing some phrases in related to your KW and see what pops up....try different variations of words starting with a, then b, then just go through the entire alphabet.  

No more line items on the HUD-1, they are now alphabetical by fee name. 

I'm looking at a triplex in the trendy NW Portland alphabet district with great rents and sought after location.

Whereas others are doing these complicated double closing, alphabet soup transactions...
