@Glenn O. you should add western Colorado / Grand Junction / Mesa County to your road trip - for a lot of reasons.

Are you local to western MA? 

Luckily it's much cheaper out in Western MA than towards Boston.

We need to make some changed with police here...but don’t see how this is the answer....purely my opinion, don’t really want to debate that here.Housing hacking #s are getting tougher here in Neighborhoods where most people want to live, like Uptown, NE and most of the southern and western suburbs are pretty Expensive.Housing hacking aside, the twin cities has a lot to offer as a place to live.
