i work with an agent, but i also do my own searches. i use homepath (useless for the most part), trulia, century21, etc. but most of the things i look at come from the email alerts that the agent set up for me. i just wish i can tweak the filters myself rather than me asking her to change the setting.the only problem with the way i do it is that by the time i hear about it, it's out in the open. i have no idea how to get "soon to be listed" type of houses.

I would think wholesalers would be a whole lot better off using their energy to turn the wholesale leads into "Subject To" with just a little bit of tweaking
