In our case, we are a catering company so we are not dependent on walk-in traffic and we are looking at it as a real estate investment for our family trust, so it will be a single purpose LLC with our business renting back the space. 

I currently am an Air Traffic Controller, although I'm hoping to change that through investing, and I'm mid way through a business degree.

Also - I was reading the judgement of foreclosure, this might be a stupid question, but why does the bank also list for example "nyc traffic violations" as a defendant to the case, in addition to the name of the person being foreclosed?

Support from local government-Are the streets in good repair and wide enough to handle the traffic?

My wife was going to take a Novi job, But the traffic is a nightmare, enough to turn down a pay increase.

It's unbelievable how much stuff you can get accomplished in the afternoon when other people are stuck in rush hour traffic!

I was born in Washington Heights(Part of Manhattan directly over George Washington Bridge), and up until a couple of years ago still had family there, I grew up in Bergen County, NJ(the part north of route 4) and currently reside in Middlesex County(Central Jersey 45 min. to downtown NYC through Holland Tunnel with no traffic and also keep in mind the buses in NJ get a direct lane through the Lincoln Tunnel in the morning to the Port Authority)

I'm just not a big fan of battling traffic to get around, and that's all you see from Ft.

If you have a hard time finding deals that pencil out then start to look in regions outside the main area but still have a lot of traffic. 

All common areas of high/regular traffic, LVP and tile hands down.
