How thick was the flooring?

LVP flooring needs to be over an even (not level) subfloor so I didn’t want to use the very liquid leveling compound and end up with 2” thick concrete in places.

If you do something that is in poor practice, hiding faults, that can be seen as fraudulent acts and the issue of a contractor being liable for one year on work goes out the window, fraud may begin when it's discovered, so you need to stick to common practice.I agree with Ben, a thick coat or paint would probably do it and I don't care for painted brick either.

I had thick painted popcorn ceiling to deal with and I ended up hiring help for it.  

You can easily remove these stains but may take some time, according to the thickness of the build up.

With vinyl plank flooring or vinyl tile flooring there are many variations in design and thickness which will account for the variation in prices.

@Matt GeertsYou should have let me have it on the other thread (my skin is pretty thick) as it has now become apparent I was working from incorrect information (both my own interpretation of what I rent in the ON RTA and the results of the commissioned comparison we had produced in advance of investing in ON).

If they're rusted or water is sitting or traveling under the home (and the age and thickness) chances are it may incur damage or be weak. 

What thickness did you use?

The thickness also helps hide minor imperfections.
