After the Covid rent debacle involving CDC and the Supreme Court, here is the next shoe to drop: Federal Rent control.

Maybe no shoes/ carpets.

If you were in my shoes would you take the sure thing and just save for a rental property or keep the flexibility and try to get better more efficient at wholesaling?

I was in your shoes a little more than four years ago.  

The next market where I am most connected is Dallas, Texas and it appears the price for property is much cheaper and in our range.What type of advice would you give a young entrepreneur in these shoes ?

We can hear when they're walking, even louder when they have heels or dress shoes on, and the kids loud crying screams when he's getting disciplined, etc.

In your shoes I would speak to a lawyer, and have them handle all correspondence from there.
