Everything just needs to be spelled out.

My name is Chris Wienke (like the Heisman Trophy winner but spelled a bit differently) and I live in the North Center neighborhood in Chicago.  

The reason they have poor grammar, spelling, have ludicrous terms or claims is not because they are stupid, it's done on purpose to weed out potential victims with intelligence.
