I think you need to consider what kind of coach you are looking for before signing up with anyone, to make sure you are placing your ladder against the right building as you climb the ladder.

They only control the contract; they don't control your decision to sign it, they don't control your GC/rehab budget, they don't control the ARV.

The gov signed into law some legislation that is unfortunately good for insurance companies/bad for anyone making a claim but that brought companies back in the market at the increased competition drove the rates down.

For a Reg D 506c offering, you do not even need a PPM and the sponsor has complete control over what they can do (as this is typically explained in the subscription agreement you sign).
