I would pass on this deal given the red flags you share (and the fact you feel there are red flags is generally a bad sign).

Tell them if you meant for them to share the garage you would have put it in the lease.

If it's a 5/2.5 home then the person with the master bedroom suite is likely going to be happy, but are the other 4 people going to be content all sharing the one remaining shower?  

Your last deal shared was a flip in 2023.
