Looking for some reputable insurance providers for my properties in Montgomery AL, please send any referrals and your experience with them.

I am going to go on vacation for 10 days and I want to be clear on when I should authorize calling a plumber or electrician after business hours to address an issue. 

The two mentioned in the prior post are very reputable.

Plumber, AC/furnace, electrician, pool guy?

I "think" they are big, active, good at winning the auctions, and have big reputation.....I cant get them on the phone....but am intrigued by them....and what exactly they are...

Get your plumbers, electricians and HVAC folks figured out before you need them (probably a good idea no matter where you invest, but super important where those services can be harder to come by) and understand their on-call policies.

I think the background in construction and understanding what the steps are for a given project helps me with writing out scopes of work that make sense to a General Contractor... or to a specific contractor like a carpenter or plumber. 

Aurora isn't as bad as it's reputation.

I have viewed some auction sites, but have read very mixed reviews on whether or not they are reputable.

Along the way the GC and subcontracted plumber mentioned numerous times that they found great news or thought of more efficient solutions (i.e. the mainline plumbing under the basement was intact--that they had assumed was all broken and needed replacing).
