Hello all,My fiance and I recently moved to the Bay Area and are currently under contract for our first primary home together.My real estate experience is relatively low with a single LTR under my belt and looking for ways to grow.

It aims to streamline operations and improve financial performance.Callaway, which leads the U.S. market in branded golf clubs and is second in branded golf balls, will focus on growing its equipment business, while Topgolf will continue expanding its entertainment venues.

The city is growing at a fast pace. 

The rapid rise in interest rates have caused somewhat of a mess for multi-family but that damage is likely already in the past (but not played out yet).

As for a market to invest in, I put my money in markets that have a growing population and job market with landlord-friendly regulation. 

It all leads to investment and growing wealth.

It still works, because RealEFlow is still around and growing.

I think you're right with so many larger companies investing in our area, the market will continue to grow.

Future Growth: Once you grow your portfolio, transferring to an LLC can be a good strategy to limit your liability.
