Here is another issue too as to case studies, HUD prefers to slap hands out of court quickly and efficiently, many issues don't go to court, they plead out to a closed hearing or agreement, pay fines and go on the HUD naughty list and the public may never hear of the issue.

It is great, they set it up so it's paid before you even see the money and it's basically working behind the scenes, so you don't have to deal with payments, etc...The only thing is I felt guilty using the money until it was paid off....and I think that's because it's really a reserve for "just in case" moments...But once you get your own approval, it worked out well and was extremely easy to do...Good luck!
