I personally have a large reserve, believe that most of my tenants will not lose their jobs or be unable to pay, and could cash flow my properties with other income streams even if my reserve (which is nearly a year of PITI) ran out.

Have plenty of emergency reserves, multiple streams of income from different business sectors (multiple properties is not multiple streams, technically).

Sure, some of us also have a W2 job or other streams of income but still, there is a loss of work and its income that stemmed from the virus.Does that mean - as a host, manager, maybe cleaner - you'd be eligible for the unemployment benefits extended as a result of the virus and the passage of the stimulus bill?
