The house rules include items such as sharing the yard, parking rules, lawn furniture, etc.Any restrictions on the property should be covered the very first time they call to inquire: no smoking, absolutely no pets, loud music or parties that generate complaints are lease violations, they have to supply a lawnmower to cut the grass.

One can make a killing during months of October (Formula 1 race in Austin and Austin City Limits music festival) as well as March (South by Southwest).

I also do not like the fact that sellers are placed "on hold" with music while the calls are slowing cycling through to the live operators.I have resorted to using a good old fashion live person I have hired myself to answering the calls and hiring / training them myself.

Set it to music, do your thing, bla bla bla.Show up at the open house, tablet in hand and ready to push play with that video.Sign over all rights to her at no cost, on the spot, for her to put up on the internet wherever she wants.
